If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify winnr's support team immediately via live chat. winnr will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification of unauthorised access.
All bets, transactions, and instructions placed from your account are deemed to have been made by you. winnr is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
winnr accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform's deposit page at the time of your deposit. Currently supported methods for Pakistani players include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (cryptocurrency). All deposits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless you are depositing via cryptocurrency (USDT), in which case the equivalent PKR value will be calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on the blockchain.

Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name will be rejected and returned to the originating account. winnr does not accept third-party deposits. The costs of any return transfer are borne by the Player.
From time to time, winnr offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the absence of specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:
winnr reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time, including during an active promotional period, if it determines that a promotion is being abused or exploited in bad faith. Before any withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

Either the Player or winnr may terminate the Player's account at any time. Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact the winnr support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of active bonus funds) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.
